Orders may be placed online or by phone to our office at (541)-295-8012. Our regular business hours are 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping

*FREE SHIPPING Codes do not apply to Oversize Items (Example: Roof Top Tents, Drawer Systems, Etc.) unless specifically stated in item description.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERS WITH A SHIPPING DESTINATION OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.) AND/OR OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER 48. 

In addition to shipping charges associated with your order, orders shipping to destinations outside of the USA or outside of the lower 48 states may be subject to additional duties, fees, shipping charges and/or taxes. Such fees are determined and assessed by the country of delivery. ALL ADDITIONAL FEES RELATED TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of shipments by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier.  In the event of loss or damage, you MUST:

1 – Retain all of the ORIGINAL PACKAGING from your shipment
2 – Immediately submit your claim directly to Mike's Custom Toys
3 – Provide in a timely fashion any supporting documentation or information requested by Mike's Custom Toys

If the above 3 requirements are met, Mike's Custom Toys will attempt to submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf.  Please note that Mike's Custom Toys will make every attempt to provide relief to our customers in the event of loss or damage, but such relief is not guaranteed.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All orders must be prepaid before delivery.

Product Application

Overlanding and Off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Mike's Custom Toys are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Mike's Custom Toys highly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.
